Leaf spot disease is an important disease affecting spinach. Rhizoctonia solani is the causative agent of this disease. The disease is more prevalent in red spinach. The disease occurs in spinach at all stages of growth. The leaves of the diseased plants turn pale white.
This disease can be effectively treated with a mixture of milk turmeric powder. To do this, dissolve 40 g of milk in 10 liters of water and mix it with 8 g of soda powder and 32 g of turmeric powder. Sprinkle this mixture evenly on both sides of the leaves. This makes disease control possible.
